How do I book a facility?
Browse facilities, select your preferred slot, fill in your details, and confirm. You'll receive a booking confirmation with a QR code immediately.
Is it free to register and use?
Yes. Registration and browsing are completely free. Some premium facilities may charge a small booking fee, which is displayed before you confirm.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel up to 4 hours before your slot through your dashboard. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
What if the facility is not available?
All slot availability is shown in real time. If a slot appears available, it's open for you to book. Unavailable slots are clearly marked.
How do I enter the facility?
Your booking confirmation includes a unique QR code. Present this at the facility entrance for scan-based access — no printout needed.
Who do I contact if there's a problem at the facility?
Use this contact form selecting "Facility Problem / Complaint" or call our helpline directly. We coordinate with district admins to resolve issues promptly.
